Nayeli was diagnosed with severe Left Congential Diaphragmatic Hernia (LCDH) during her 18 week ultrasound, on June 4, 2008. We created this blog to keep family and friends updated, and to raise overall awareness of CDH.
During my pregnancy I always read this verse
Psalm 121:1-2 I lift up my eyes to the hills where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
She is absolutely beautiful and a miracle as well! You all look so good but she of course steals the show...... I love seeing the pics - thanks for keeping us posted Your in our thoughts constantly Love Stacy & Jimmy
Hey Liz, Thanks for the email. I really appreciate you taking time out to send me a message. I am preparing for my inlaws to come over but will definately email you back. Nayeli is sooo beautiful. The 3 of you give me hope and are an inspiration. Thinking of you Ashley
Try not to get too worried guys..my son had chest tubes for the duration, which were not removed till the week before he came home. I know it is hard not to worry, but she is in an excellent place and the Drs and nurses are trained to do the things we can't. She will be fine and what you had typed before about her being weaned was amazing...remember, there will be ups and downs, you will all get through this..and someday it will all be a distant memory. Prayers continue and love to all...Gail
