"And now these three remain: FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE. But the greatest of these is LOVE." 1 Corinthians 13:13
Kaden Alex Kuehl lost his battle against CDH yesterday evening. Shane received a text from Craig last night. I knew there was something wrong because, Shane was very quiet when I came downstairs. Shane was in tears and told me Kaden passed away. I was in denial. The news made me so sad. Shane and I just cried and held each other. We have become close with Kristi and Craig through our respective battles with CDH. They are an amazing, strong, faithful, and positive couple. They never gave up on Kaden. We have the utmost respect for them because of this. They are a model of strength, faith, and positivity, and we all stand to learn something from them!
We will always have a special place in our hearts for Kaden.

I have been worried about you with the news of Kaden's passing. I pray for peace and comfort for the Kuehls, but also for your family.
Kaden is Nayeli's angel now. He is a brave little boy.
Nayeli is such a beauty. I am thankful that you continue to share her with all of us.
God Bless all the CDH babies/families.
I read this on Kadens blog this morning and was devestated.
I am praying for the family with all my heart and soul!

I was so sorry to hear of Kaden's passing. My heart is aching. I am glad that the Kuehl's have had you as dear friends and that you've been able to be there for them.
My heart goes out to Kaden's family. It touches home in so many ways (as you already know)...with my own Kaden who battled CDH and then losing my baby girl Ava to CHD. That is the worst pain anybody could ever feel, losing a child. The pain is greater then anyone could ever imagine. Not even knowing this family, this post made me cry.
My prayers and thoughts go out to this family.
