Nayeli tried Sweet Potato for the first time yesterday. She made faces and didn't like it as much as her rice cereal. She is up to 4 1/2 TBS once a day on rice cereal. She has puked twice. We are amazed on how well she is doing on solids.
Nayeli was diagnosed with severe Left Congential Diaphragmatic Hernia (LCDH) during her 18 week ultrasound, on June 4, 2008. We created this blog to keep family and friends updated, and to raise overall awareness of CDH. During my pregnancy I always read this verse Psalm 121:1-2 I lift up my eyes to the hills where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.

Grandma and Grandpa visit

Love the teeth! She and Carter have matching teeth. Isn't it amazing how in sync they are? I'm glad you had a nice visit with your parents and hope they return soon. Can they come to NC and cook food for us? :)
ReplyDeleteShe looks so BIG! I am glad you got to have a good visit with your parents. It has to be hard not being able to have visitors--although I expect to be one of the first when you do get the okay! Kiss her for me :)
ReplyDeleteSo happy that Nayeli and you guys enjoyed your visit with your parents. Before you know it, you will be able to take her to church and show off that pretty girl of yours. Beautiful pictures of a beautiful family!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Tracy
