Nayeli was diagnosed with severe Left Congential Diaphragmatic Hernia (LCDH) during her 18 week ultrasound, on June 4, 2008. We created this blog to keep family and friends updated, and to raise overall awareness of CDH. During my pregnancy I always read this verse Psalm 121:1-2 I lift up my eyes to the hills where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.

Hey guys - it's great to read that Nayeli is doing so well.
Thanks for your own messages of support and good luck tomorrow with the appointment tomorrow.
Alex, Ingrid and Alina.
Lovely!
It is good to hear that Nayeli is doing well and so beautiful.
I hope Nayeli has a great appointment on the 19th and the doctors have great news for you--that she is one strong and determined little girl and is healing nicely!! She is adorable and getting so big! Don't you wish you could just stop time--they get big so fast.
Happy Holidays Nayeli, Liz, and Shane!!

I am amazed at how far she has come. seems like yesterday we were all anxiously awaiting her birth..then she arrived and we all prayed for her to be well..and now, look at her..she is so beautiful..the time is flying by..each moment is a precious one..cherish them all, because as the song goes "turn around, and your tiny, turn around, and your're grown, turn around and you're a Mother, with babes of your own. All my prayers always. Gail
